CODE OF CONDUCT
We conduct our business within the framework of applicable professional standards, laws, regulations and internal policies. We respect confidentiality and integrity of information, intellectual property rights, applicable patents laws, service marks and registration marks. Code of conduct is based on our values and it takes them to the next level - demonstrating our values in action. The code also provides a frame of reference for MQAS to establish more specific supplements to address territorial issues.
IMPARTIALITY & PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION
MQAS is committed to impartiality in carrying out its management system certification activities. MQAS manages conflicts of interest and ensures the objectivity of its management system certification activities
On request we provide the following information:
- Information of certified clients along with details of scope, address, relevant normative document.
- Explanation of Audit criteria as per relevant ISO Standard for specific certification program.
Our certification document can be displayed publicly. It contains the relevant information regarding certification like scope, address of site, time and expiry date etc.
We respect confidentiality. Any information acquired/created by MQAS, during information gathering, audit or during certification process or otherwise shall be kept confidential and shall not be divulged to any third party.
We explain prospective clients regarding requirements for certification activities, fees and information for handling complaints and appeals. The certified clients are briefed about informing to MQAS if there are changes in their address, scope, management system or processes which may affect the certification scope so that, if required, appropriate steps could be initiated for any change, to be suitably reflected in the certificate.
MQAS does not provide consultation/training on ISO standards.
